Meet people first.
Chat later.
Dating apps have turned dating into a second job — endless swiping, shallow matches, conversations that go nowhere. Bunch Dating is the opposite. You show up to a curated small-group dinner with other singles in Jersey City or Hoboken, meet people face to face, and then decide who you want to connect with further.

How Bunch Dating works
Join the dinner
You join a curated singles dinner — a gender-balanced group of 4–6 singles at a local restaurant in Jersey City or Hoboken. No awkward one-on-one pressure. Just people having a real conversation over a good meal.
Meet everyone at the table
Dinner is designed so you actually talk to everyone. No corner conversations. No phones. Just the kind of easy, natural interaction that you can't replicate on an app.
Connect with who you clicked with
After dinner, you choose who you'd like to keep in touch with. If it's mutual, you're connected in Bunch. No awkward "did they swipe right" moment — you already know there's something there.
Why Bunch Dating isn't another dating app
Dating apps
Swipe hundreds of profiles. Match with strangers. Make small talk for weeks. Maybe meet. Often don't.
Bunch Dating
Show up to dinner. Meet 4–6 real people in a gender-balanced group. Connect with whoever you clicked with. Done.
Big singles events
Crowded rooms, loud music, surface-level mingling. You leave knowing nobody any better than when you arrived.
What a Bunch Dating dinner looks like
A reserved table at a good local restaurant. A gender-balanced group of 4–6 singles who've all opted in to meet people in real life rather than through a screen. Dinner lasts about two hours. The conversation is real because the setting is real.
There's no host running icebreakers. There's no "now rotate to your left" moment. It's just dinner with interesting people who happen to be single and happen to be looking for the same thing you are.
After dinner you tell us who you'd like to see again. We handle the rest.

Questions about Bunch Dating
How much does Bunch Dating cost?
Bunch Dating is pay-per-dinner — you pay for the dinners you attend, with no subscription or ongoing commitment. Pricing will be announced when we launch. Join the waitlist to be the first to know and to lock in early access.
Where are the dinners?
Currently planned for Jersey City and Hoboken. We'll announce specific restaurant partners closer to launch. If you're on the waitlist, you'll get location details before anyone else.
How is Bunch Dating different from Hinge or Tinder?
Dating apps ask you to judge people from photos and a few lines of text, then make small talk through a screen for weeks before meeting. Bunch Dating skips all of that. You meet people at dinner first — in person, in a real conversation — and connect digitally only with the people you actually clicked with. It's the opposite order.
How many people are at each dinner?
Currently planning for 4–6 singles per dinner, gender balanced. Small enough that you actually talk to everyone, large enough that the dynamic isn't two-on-two awkward.
What if I already use Bunch?
Bunch Dating is a separate product from the main Bunch social app, though it's built on the same community. If you're already a Bunch member, your account carries over — you just need to join the Bunch Dating waitlist separately.
When does Bunch Dating launch?
We're currently building and running pilots. Join the waitlist to get notified as soon as spots are available and to have priority access to the first dinners.
